Great Southern Bank of Missouri has selected Fiserv and its DNA core processing platform as it seeks to improve its digital banking services and enable the integration of new fintech offerings.

In addition to DNA, he also selected Fiserv’s digital banking, debit cards, checks and enterprise content management (ECM).

“As we look to the future, we want to expand our offerings beyond traditional banking services to meet our customers’ growing demand for fintech capabilities and emerging innovations,” said Eric Johnson, vice-president Chairman, Chief Information Officer at Great Southern Bank.

“We chose DNA because it was essential that we had an operating system that could help us better understand our customers and adapt with us to achieve our long-term business goals.”

Fiserv’s DNA is a core account processing platform “with an open architecture that makes it easier for financial institutions to integrate other solutions, quickly bring products and services online, and add new features” using the application and the platform market.

Great Southern Bank manages assets worth $5.6 billion and provides services to consumer and business customers. It has 93 retail banking centers in six US states as well as a number of commercial lending offices.
